Gangni Health Complex plunged into problems

Despite of  requisite doctors and nurses after a long interval at Gangni Upazila Health Complex,  the dwellers  of Gangni upazila are deprived of medical services  from there for different reasons. 
The Operation theatre of the health complex has been kept under lock and key for the last six months due to mutual ill-feelings and to lay blame on each other of two physicians. The x-ray machine of the health complex has been laying  defunct for near about a decade. No medicine is provided with the outdoor patients. 
According to health complex sources, some physicians have joined here recently  after a long interval. They are compelled to hearing  the  patients sitting hither and thither due to lack of requisite chambers in the dilapidated complex building that built before liberation war of the country. 
On advice, the patients are compelled to go to  the pathological  clinics for x-ray. Mentionable, the backdated  x-ray machine of the health complex has been laying defunct nearly a decade due to lack of budget for repairing or  replacement whereas there is a technician  drawing salary from the exchequer  years together with no duty in the heath complex. 
Due to mutual ill-feelings in between Gynecologist    Dr. Alauddin and Anesthetist Dr. M K Reja also the Resident Medical Officer (RMO) of the health complex  and showing different problems, the operation theatre has been kept under lock and key even not giving any minor services to the deserving patients. As a result the Demand Site Financing (DSF) card holder expectant mothers and for other operation even for a minor operation are compelled to go to nearby clinics in exchange of handsome amount.  
Scarcity of medicine is a longstanding problem has been prevailing in the health complex. As a result the poor  patients of outdoor  those who come from far flung area go back disappointed with out medicine although off and on authority used to supply Paracetamol, histamine and Alban DS. Dabir Hossain, Store Keeper said that the patients of outdoor  are not provided with medicine due to inadequate supply. 
Gynecologist  Dr. Alauddin said that there are lack of requisite   equipment for operation  in the complex and at the same time it could not be possible to operation upon a patient without checking the Anesthetist whether he is actually trained or not. That is why the operation theatre kept closed.  
Anesthetist M K Reza, Resident Medical Officer (RMO) of the Gangni Health Complex said that Gynecologist  Dr. Alauddin used to maintain secret liaison  with the local clinics that is why he has purposely kept the operation theatre closed showing different pleas. He claimed that when and where he (Dr. Alauddin) renders operation he attends there as Anesthetist whereas he (Dr. Alauddin) creates controversies about his training, Anesthetist added. 
Dr. Maruf Hasan, Upazila Healh and Family Planning Officer (UHFPO), Gangni said that the Health Complex had plunged into multifarious problems since long. He has taken initiatives to solve the antagonisms as prevailing among the doctors in order to restore the atmosphere for operation in the health complex. He added that no effective result received as yet for new x-ray machine.
