Meherpur Distrrict Woman Awami League Council held

The triennial council of  Meherpur District Woman Awami League concluded here today with no decision.

The council was inaugurated by Pinu Khan, General Secretary of central Woman Awami League.

On the occasion a meeting was held at local Shilpokola Academy auditorium with its local body president Shamim Ara Hira in the chair.

Ashrafun Nesa, President, Central Woman Awami League attended the council as the chief guest while Pinu Khan, MP, Mahmuda Khatun, organizing secretary of central Woman Awami League,  Prof. Forhad Hossain, MP, Mogbul Hossain, MP, Advocate Miazan Ali, Administrator, Meherpur Zilla Porishod, Joynal Abedin, former MP, M A Khalek, General Secretary, District Awami League were present as special guests.

The central leaders left Meherpur without giving any decision saying that the l committee of Woman Awami League of the district will be declared soon  from Dhaka.
